Beyond Birth Mental Wellbeing sessions help to keep your mental health in balance, easing you through the transition, building resilience and offering coping techniques to help you with the challenges early parenthood brings.

Exploring a new topic in each session, including Nurture, Emotions, Connections, Healing and Recovery, Nourish and Transformation.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Doors will be opened at the start of a session only no waiting area is available at the start or end of your session.

A member of staff will greet you on arrival and explain the session details and seating arrangements.

It remains the responsibility of the adult to ensure resources are kept to your own child and to remain with the child at all times. Adults must supervise children at all times.

We ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival and throughout your visit to wash your hands and sanitise.

NO FOOD OR DRINK TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE SENSORY CAFE. Only food or drink bought on the premises can be consumed (with the exception of allergies) and please notify staff when food or drinks are finished to allow staff to clean. Food and drink are not to be left unattended.

We will also remind everyone on arrival of the changes.
