Mid Durham Sensory Clarters

Nichola Best Mid Durham Sensory Clarters Franchisee

Nichola has over 10 years experience working within early years settings, starting as a nursery practitioner and working her way up to become a senior practitioner. Her expertise lies with children aged 0-2 years and sensory development is one of her passions. Nichola really enjoys creating treasure baskets and other resources for babies and young children to explore. She is currently working towards my Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies and Professional Practice and all being well graduates in July. Nichola is also a Mam and has joined Clart About to help provide the groups that weren’t around when she needed them for her little boy.

Clart About promotes the physical, emotional and social development of children. We focus our work with parents by offering a stimulative play environment to enhance and promote positive bonding experiences between children and parents.

Parents are a primary part of our play sessions. When parents enter into their child’s world of play, the child grows with more confidence to explore and learn thus creating a lasting bond between them which helps the overall well-being of mother and child.
Happy Babies… Happy Mam’s… Happy Mam’s… Happy Babies.

Sensory Clarters

is a fun, stimulating and interactive session using all of your babies senses. A wide range of light up sensory resources and toys accompany our weekly themes at each of our sessions.

So it’s not just some flashing lights and singing some songs? Sensory Play is educational too!

Suitable from birth up to 12 months.

All of the sessions are planned to follow the Early Years Foundation stage so that children are learning through play.
